In this time of uncertainty and worry surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19 virus), FOCUS Group Solutions, LLC remains committed to the health, safety, and overall wellbeing of our clients and their families.
Please know that as your mental health provider we are doing all we can to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our office. To that end, despite our efforts to abide by the CDC's recommendation of using disinfectant sprays, hand sanitizers, coughing into your sleeve, and washing hands regularly, we have decided to conduct all counseling sessions using tele-health counseling as an additional precaution.
Our tele-counseling tool ZOOM , is a HIPPA compliant, confidential web based technology tool, that allows you to continue your counseling in the comfort of your office space or home. This technology is confidential and we ask that you treat your tele-counseling session, the same as if you were face-to-face with your counselor.
What does that mean? When signing into your session, please ensure you are the only person in the session, unless otherwise decided by you and your therapist. Note , your session scheduled time, they are strictly monitored and will end at the time prescribed without the ability to extend the appointment once in session. Please sign-in and be ready at the required appointment time.
